Civil Project Manager - Fuse3 Solutions

Overview

• Lead the design and management of public infrastructure projects, including water/wastewater systems and transportation-related facilities.
• Oversee projects in the Oklahoma City area and collaborate with teams across multiple office locations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including design, quality control, client interaction, budgeting, and mentoring of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials, ensuring projects move smoothly from conceptual planning through regulatory review, bidding, construction, and final delivery.

Qualifications
• 6 to 10+ years of experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in:

• Water and wastewater treatment design
• Water and wastewater distribution
• Transportation roadway design
• Transportation bridge design
• Professional Engineering License (P.E.) required;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience in developing and mentoring staff;
• Ability to provide technical reviews of project deliverables;
• Experience in proposal preparation and project execution;
• Networking and business development skills.
