Job Title: Senior Estimator
Location: SE PA - - Hybrid (Remote 2 days/week after 6 months)
Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Estimator with at least 10 years of experience in estimating underground utilities, earthworks, and similar site work scopes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for underground utilities, earthworks, and related projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate bidding.
- Utilize Bid2Win estimating software to develop estimates (experience preferred).
- Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work to identify potential challenges.
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of estimating experience in relevant fields.
- Proficiency in Bid2Win estimating software is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
