Are you a Civil Site Engineer with a passion for creating impactful development projects? Do you thrive in managing projects, leading teams, and delivering top-quality results? Our client is seeking a Civil Site Engineer who is ready to take on exciting challenges across diverse markets, including municipal, institutional, industrial, commercial, residential, and utilities/energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site design, bidding, permitting, and construction phase services for a variety of development projects.
• Work on stormwater planning and design, as well as construction phase services for infrastructure projects.
• Manage projects across municipal, residential, commercial, and greenfield development.
• Interact with clients and ensure project timelines and goals are met.
• Collaborate with a talented team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in site design and development.
• PE license preferred (or on track to obtain).
• Preferred experience in areas such as stormwater planning, conveyance infrastructure, and site development.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to maintain excellent client relationships.
• Proven ability to plan and organize workload efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, a commitment to quality, and a positive work ethic.
