Hours: 8 Hours per Day (M-F 7:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M., 260 Days per Year
Salary Range: $73,320 - $88,788 DOE
This is an Off-Schedule, non-bargaining position.
Job Description
Position supporting and maintaining District business operation systems that include accounting, payroll, and human resources systems applications. Design, modify, and maintain processes necessary for the integration of District databases with various applications. Works across departments to understand system processes and database structures for supporting and creating end user reports. Coordinate business systems integrations and upgrades, troubleshooting and resolve system problems.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must present transcripts of highest level of education within thirty (30) days of hire, if applicable.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to meet the Physical Demands of the position.
- Completion of Safe Schools Web Based Training within thirty (30) days of hire and yearly thereafter.
- Must pass a background check, which includes employee-paid fingerprinting
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Ability to work independently, take initiative to set priorities.
- Experience in supporting an ERP/business operations system with an emphasis on HR and Payroll.
- Experience in SQL including query creation, query optimization, and stored procedures, five (5) years’ experience preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of SQL Server and system administration.
- Strong experience and understanding of Enterprise Document Management System preferable Laserfiche solution.
- Experience in digital forms creation and support, preferable Laserfiche solution.
- Experience creating, updating and maintaining automated workflow tasks.
- Experience with desktop automated data collection methods.
- Competent in troubleshooting program and systems problems and performance issues.
- Advanced skills with data analysis, reporting and presentation tools such as Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, graphing, macros, formulas, linking multiple data sets, etc.)
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Products.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional/departmental teams.
- Ability to establish and maintain a tactful, cooperative, and effective relationship with district management, directors, and staff.
- Evidence of an excellent work attendance record, punctuality, and dependability.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Exercise sound judgment to organize, set priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality as necessary.
- Uphold board policies and follow administrative procedures.
- Attend in-service trainings or other meetings as required, as well as attend any training as directed by management.
- Ability to approach assigned work in a professional manner, working toward the common goal of teamwork, pride in service delivery and continuous improvement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Information Systems, Business Administration,or related field.
- Experience in PowerSchool Business Plus, the District ERP system.
- experience programming within the .NET framework, with proficiency in modern programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or other contemporary languages.
- Experience in forms digitizing processes, preferable Laserfiche solution.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience working in a K-12 environment.
- Experience building integration between systems and data sources.
