We are seeking a Senior ClaimCenter Business Analyst with extensive experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter and implementing FRISS, an AI-powered fraud detection platform, for a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance company. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency and integrity of our claims process by integrating FRISS with ClaimCenter. Your expertise in Guidewire, FRISS, and P&C insurance will be critical to ensure successful project delivery and fraud prevention in claims management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to gather detailed business and technical requirements for the integration of FRISS with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Work with claims teams to identify key fraud risks and streamline claims processes, ensuring the FRISS implementation supports fraud detection while enhancing claims workflow efficiency.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation for the implementation of FRISS in ClaimCenter. Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Support the configuration and integration of FRISS within the ClaimCenter environment, ensuring seamless interaction between the systems.
- Design and execute test cases for the FRISS integration, including user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and performance testing, ensuring the system performs as expected.
- Act as a key point of contact between IT, business users, and third-party vendors (e.g., FRISS), managing expectations and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring proper adoption of FRISS and ClaimCenter functionalities.
- Lead business analysis workstreams, providing guidance on best practices for ClaimCenter and fraud detection workflows. Collaborate with project managers to track progress and mitigate risks.
- Ensure that the solution meets regulatory, compliance, and data privacy requirements specific to P&C insurance.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on P&C insurance and claims management systems.
- Proven experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and FRISS integration for fraud detection.
- Strong understanding of ClaimCenter architecture, workflows, and integration points.
- Familiarity with FRISS platform, its fraud detection models, and its integration capabilities with claims systems.
- Ability to develop and document functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Experience with SQL, XML, and system configurations in a claims environment.
- Deep understanding of P&C insurance claims processes, including fraud risks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile or Scrum project environments.
- Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting tools.
