Overview:Future opportunity for a Claims Advocate Manager. While this role is not currently open, we are always looking to connect with talented professionals like yourself for upcoming opportunities.
How you'll make an impact:Primarily accountable for providing guidance, oversight, and general management to a team of claims professional and/or supervisors. Actively manages advocate workloads and performance as well as leads hiring and training initiatives. Defines team goals while motivating team to perform at highest level; identifies coaching opportunities. Champions compliance, best practice reporting, and continuous improvement efforts. Provides guidance to staff on escalated issues and work with clients, brokers, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient claims advocacy program for assigned clients. Advocates, consults and provides coverage advice to clients as appropriate.
About you:Required: Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience; 7 years' claims related experience. Strong knowledge of claim and coverage issues. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to delegate and allocate resources as appropriate. Strong knowledge and working ability to use all claims and business related software.
Preferred: Supervisory or management experience preferred.
