Claims Coordinator - Assured Partners

Overview

AssuredPartners West Region is seeking a Commercial Lines Claims Coordinator to join our Regional Claims team in Denver, CO!

This is an excellent opportunity to service claims from the brokerage perspective. The Claims Coordinator assists our Service and Sales Teams with processing claims. This is an excellent entry level role to the insurance business and in the Claims area.

What You'll Do

• Submits loss notices to insurance carrier.
• Takes in claims from customers and follows up on claims through conclusion.
• Documents all activity and telephone conversations in systems.
• Provides assistance by answering claims processing questions.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.

What You'll Need

• Advanced education preferred; with 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Tech savvy; ability to learn multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software
