Summary: The temporary Claims Eligibility Specialist will work under the supervision of the Billing Unit, focusing on adjudicating and processing fee-for-service claims, as well as managing billing and eligibility inquiries. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent time management and customer service skills.

- Location: 300 Horizon Drive, Suite 306, Robbinsville, NJ 08691
- Work Mode: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Adjudicate and process fee-for-service claims
- Handle billing and eligibility inquiries
- Complete CMS 1500 forms
- Assist with other assigned billing duties
- Provide customer service and support
Skills/Qualifications:
- Medical billing knowledge (including CMS 1500 form)
- State Medicaid basic knowledge
- Type 40-50 WPM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to problem-solve and work as part of a team
