Required Skills:

Excellent attendance and punctuality

Professional in appearance and demeanor

Ability to effectively communicate with visitors, employees and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner

Excellent listening skills

Ability to handle difficult calls professionally

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Accurate data review and data entry skills

Organized, thorough and detail oriented

Ability to multi task

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Available for 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM shift Monday thru Friday

Experience:

1 - 2 years of receptionist experience required

1 - 2 years experience with multi-line phone system required

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
