Responsibilities:
- Approximately 1/3 of your day will include answering questions from account holders and members via telephone or email
- Approximately 2/3 of your day will include processing claims and reimbursements
- Serving as an internal subject matter for various benefits
- Engaging in dialogue with clients regarding policy updates or procedures
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Prior customer service/administrative support experience required
- Familiar with MS Office
- Multitasker and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $18-20/hr
Location: Onsite in Exeter, NH
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
