Job Title: Claims Supervisor

The Claims Supervisor will assist the Claims Manager in overseeing the Claims Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC codes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreement rates.
• Supervise claims processing and staff performance.
• Resolve escalated claims issues and disputes.
• Train and mentor claims staff on best practices.
• Analyze claims data for trends and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in claims processing.
• Strong knowledge of medical coding and billing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
