Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy tow trucks to transport disabled, abandoned, or illegally parked vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to emergency towing calls with professionalism and expertise.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on tow trucks to ensure they are in top condition.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling each situation with care and sensitivity.
• Safely navigate various road conditions and terrains.
• Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for each towing operation.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating heavy tow trucks or similar heavy-duty equipment.
• Strong understanding of towing and recovery techniques for heavy-duty vehicles.
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of pre-emissions tow trucks and related equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
