Job Summary
The David Eccles School of Business Executive MBA program is seeking a Classroom Technology Assistant to assist with program-related tasks. This student role involves providing direct support for classroom technology and program-related tasks during Executive MBA class days.
Qualifications:
+ Must be a current University of Utah student.
+ High school diploma or equivalency required.
+ Professional attire and demeanor required.
+ Ability to work in high-stress situations and independently with minimal supervision.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
+ Desire to work in a professional academic environment.
Responsibilities
+ Friday and Saturday (every other week) availability to support executive student class days.
+ Provide direct classroom technology support to faculty and full-time staff.
+ Be the go-to classroom technology expert, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during classes.
+ Ensure a high level of customer service when engaging with faculty, staff, and students.
+ Assist with classroom operations, including setup and breakdown of equipment, as needed.
+ Address student and staff questions or concerns promptly.
+ Assist with other classroom-related tasks as requested.
+ Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
+ Other duties as assigned
