Do you love to clean?  We are a small property management company looking for a detail-oriented and reliable cleaner to join our team. As a short-term rental property cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our short-term rental properties. This is a great opportunity to work independently and have a flexible schedule.  Cleanings happen between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm, so if you have kids in school and are looking for a little extra money, this could be a great fit for you.  Work mostly weekdays with the occasional Saturday, but have every Sunday off.

Pay is a flat rate per time.  It averages out to about $20-$30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize short-term rental properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Change linens and towels
• Restock supplies and report any damages or missing items
• Follow established cleaning checklists and schedules

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience preferred
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for long periods of time
Availability to work occasional Saturdays
Must be comfortable working in a small company environment
