Job Description:
Working alongside a seasoned manager to support new site development requirements for new construction throughout the entitlement process, plans development, the permitting process and construction closeout and turn-over to tenant duties
Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements.
Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure.
Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Overseeing maintenance workers, cleaning crews, contractors, and groundskeepers.
Keeping owners informed on taxes, occupancy rates, and lease expiration dates.
Resolving complaints from residents and tenants.
Preparing financial statements and records.Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED or equivalent training or experience required.
Minimum 1 year (3 Years preferred).
Good organizational skills and strong administrative background.
Project management certification preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor s degree in a business or real estate preferred, not required experience can make up for education.
RPA or CPM preferred not required.
Must be able to multi-task and track fast-paced projects and correspondence.
