Clerical Assistant from Atria Consulting

We are seeking motivated individuals who will provide excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clerical work, including filing, data entry, reception work, scheduling meetings, typing and preparing correspondence, indexing, operating office equipment (fax, computer, photocopier), and other clerical functions
• Scheduling appointments
• Insurance verification
• Microsoft Office knowledge intermediate level
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Performs data entry and general clerical duties
• Maintains a professional demeanor

Qualifications:

• Two years' experience
• High School Diploma/ GED
• EPIC experience preferred 
• Prior medical office experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
