About the Job
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced Clerical Assistant for fast paces busy office in Cary NC. We are seeking a customer oriented, organized, and friendly professional to be the first point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls – gather and document important initial customer information
- Assist with processing new customer set up
- Make outgoing calls to outside services and vendors requesting needed documentation
- Coordinate customer call backs for client service representatives
- Assist internal team with various clerical assignments and tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of front office administrative experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to adapt to frequent priority changes
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and escalate to appropriate supervisors when necessary
- Availability to work on site full time M-F
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excellent data entry skills
- Team player willing to take on new tasks
Salary
