ARSI® is accepting applications for a Clerical Assistant within our Dodge City office location. We are looking for full-time team members to further our mission to deliver exceptional service and performance by responding immediately to our client's needs and viewing our organization as an extension of our client's business, and working with consumers to resolve account balances.
No experience necessary! Will train!
**The new hire class will begin on October 22nd, 2024!

Responsibilities and qualifications for the position include, but are not limited to:
- Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls
- Cover front desk for walk in payments as needed
- Pull and format Reports
- E-Filing documents for the Law Office
- Enter charges for legal pleadings in our software system
- Process error logs
- Generate and process letters
- Scan and index documents
- Process mail
- Process legal pleadings
- Request and file New Cases for single accounts (E-File)
- Pull and create lists
- Complete any tasks requested by management
- Update procedures as needed
- Phone Experience a plus!
- Bilingual a plus!
