At least one-year experience as a receptionist or secretary in a medical setting is preferred. Must be computer-literate to complete the task(s) as required. Such as MediTech (Hospital Support Software), Halogen (performance appraisal system), Relias (education system), ability to retrieve e-mails, complete online enrollment for health insurance/benefits and any other programs as assigned.

BASIC FUNCTION:
This position receives patients, family and professional colleagues as they enter OP therapy. This position requires secretarial duties to allow patient care processes to be streamlined in the OP Therapy Services Department as well as meeting the secretarial needs of therapy supervisor, coordinator and therapy colleagues.
