Position Summary:

The incumbent serves as clerical support for the clinic which includes registering and scheduling patients. Incumbent provides clerical support to the department in regards to billing questions and clinic specific patient care and financial programs. In addition the incumbent will process patients in a timely manner to keep the flow of patients moving efficiently and on schedule and alerts clinician of any patient in distress.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Background and knowledge in medical terminology CPT ICD-10 and HCPCS MS4 and patient scheduling experience
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of recent outpatient medical clinic clerical experience 
• Working knowledge of clinic based patient care programs
