Clerk - Full-Time Position

What You'll Do:
As a Clerk in our New York office, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our firm. Your key responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
- Photocopy, scan, and maintain files and records in an organized manner.
- Organize and maintain file rooms.
Office Support:
- Occasionally run office errands as needed.
- Assist the Office Services Manager with administrative tasks such as planning company events and setting up for firm meetings and outings.
- Perform light lifting as required.
Task Management:
- Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
