Cleveland Clinic Floridas Primary Care Institute is currently seeking a Primary Care Medical Director at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, located in beautiful Vero Beach, Florida.

This position is 80% clinical and 20% administrative time.  The administrative responsibility is limited to assisting senior leadership within the Institute for local clinical operations within the primary care group. Clinical operations includes the operational performance of patient care quality, experience and best practice protocols within the adult primary care practices located in Indian River County. The Medical Director will help oversee clinical operations to include team performance, integration, access the evolution of the care model to support population health. This position will work closely with the Vice-Chief of Primary Care, Florida Market, Division Chairs and Site-Directors for the two counties along with Ambulatory Market Operations leadership regarding issues relating to clinical operational management. The successful candidate will be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
