Looking for a detail-oriented person to work with the Management team overseeing projects for Fortune 100 clients across the US

Looking for a detail-oriented person to work with the Management team overseeing projects for Fortune 100 clients across the US
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Work with Client Account Management Team and Information Management Team via telephone and email
- Project progress tracking and quote development
- Communications with internal service team and external vendor service team
- Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range
- Applicants must have a background in project management, computing skills (including Microsoft Office programs and tools), and be a dependable team player.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience within the HVAC industry is a plus.
