Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Account Coordinator to join our team on a (20-hour) part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients.
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate client meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Assist with contract management and invoicing.
- Project Management:
- Track project progress and deadlines.
- Provide support to project teams as needed.
- Data Entry and Reporting:
- Enter client data into our CRM system.
- Generate reports and analyze data as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in a client-facing role preferred.
