CLIENT ACCOUNTANT
REPUTABLE AND OUTSTANDING CPA FIRM IS SEEKING A NEW MEMBER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM!!
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Excellent accounting and computer skills to provide accounting services to multiple small business clients.
- General ledger transaction entry and reconciliation
- Preparation of compiled financial statements, sales tax returns, and payroll returns; as well as 1099s and W-2s.
- Ability to have significant interaction with clients, dealing with day to day accounting matters as well as the unexpected issues and questions that arise – becoming a trusted advisor to their clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting degree or equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology
- Proficiency in at least one accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred); working knowledge of multiple accounting systems preferred
- Payroll experience, including experience processing multiple companies
