Position:The Client Associate actively supports our Private Advisor Team in our Cincinnati office with all aspects related to client account operational activity, asset allocation, and account oversight and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. The Client Associate serves as a lead communicator between clients and colleagues for client related inquiries, handling issues of account management, such as on-boarding, new relationships, and daily account activity. This role is a key member of the collaborative, team-centric approach to client servicing across the Family Office.
Responsibilities:- Partners with Advisor on the creation of all quarterly client meeting
materials, including custom books, projections, Monte Carlo simulations, and
reporting - Processing wires, trades, and account openings
- Handles all client paperwork, including the organization and maintenance of client
files electronically - Gather and manage various forms of client data (i.e., tax information, investment
information, etc.) to support the Advisor in the effective planning of client service
strategy - Preparing and coordinating tax projections and quarterly estimated payments
- Assisting Advisor with preparing and filing tax returns for clients through data gathering,
responding to questions etc with a third party CPA firm - Provide advice regarding estate planning documents and considerations
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to all client
questions and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 Required
• Experience with NFS, Wealthscape, Tamarac, and/or Addepar preferred.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information
with confidentiality and discretion - Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Proactive approach to work flow
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Comfort working with numbers and strong ability to synthesize and work with
large data sets
