As a Client Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking therapy and medication management. You’ll help them navigate their options, verify insurance, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth processes and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Interaction: Spend 90% of your day on the phone, assisting clients with their therapy and medication management inquiries.
- Insurance Verification: Verify insurance for every new client and calculate coinsurance rates to ensure services are covered.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborate with the Client Experience Manager and administrative team to resolve client concerns and clarify policies.
- Task Management: Prioritize and analyze tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including providers and other clinics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Support: Provide coverage for other clinics’ phones when needed and assist providers with administrative tasks in the absence of the clinic's administrative assistant.
What You Bring:
- Customer Service Focus: You’re dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
- Organizational Skills: You have strong time management and organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work effectively with others and provide a people-centered approach.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred. CMA certification or similar is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a medical office or outpatient facility, with a focus on mental health strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of mental health services and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
