Client Call Center Representative - Covenant Family Solutions

• Client Interaction: Spend 90% of your day on the phone, assisting clients with their therapy and medication management inquiries.
• Insurance Verification: Verify insurance for every new client and calculate coinsurance rates to ensure services are covered.
• Problem-Solving: Collaborate with the Client Experience Manager and administrative team to resolve client concerns and clarify policies.
• Task Management: Prioritize and analyze tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including providers and other clinics, to ensure seamless operations.
• Support: Provide coverage for other clinics’ phones when needed and assist providers with administrative tasks in the absence of the clinic's administrative assistant.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred. CMA certification or similar is a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a medical office or outpatient facility, with a focus on mental health strongly preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of mental health services and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
