About the Job
TLC First Animal Hospital is seeking a part-time Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team. We are a busy, one doctor small animal and exotic practice that integrates holistic modalities and approaches with Western medicine to provide our patients the best options and care.
Our hospital offers a full range of state-of-the-art services including surgery, dentistry, digital radiography, in-house laboratory with diagnostic capability, and class IV laser therapy. Additionally, we have a Traveling Doctor that visits our hospital for chiropractic adjustments and treatment of our patients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the field, ideally two years, but a combination of work experience and education may qualify the right candidate. Qualified candidates will be seeking long-term employment with a desire to build long-lasting relationships with our staff, clients, and their pets. Applicant must be compassionate, friendly, self-motivated, can multi-task, adept at written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, and possess excellent computer skills. Having a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must!
Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds.
Duties include greeting clients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, client communication, follow-up calls, handling financial transactions, general housekeeping, as well as other various tasks throughout the hospital
The hours we are looking to fill are Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 1pm – 6pm, and Tuesdays from 8:30am – 1pm (although we’re always here a little later to wrap up final details).
