As a Senior Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily operations of our senior care services
- Work closely with the Scheduling Coordinator building the schedule by assigning Home Health Aides to clients based on clients' needs and requirements.
- Quality assurance, client experience and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing in supervising and mentoring our team of compassionate caregivers, ensuring they deliver high-quality care that meets the individual needs and preferences of each client.
- Work closely with our RN's coordinating clients' assessments and reassessments.
- Perform intakes of potential clients.
- Participate in on-call rotation assignment.
- Other projects as assigned.
To be considered for this position, the following is required:
- An associate’s degree OR at least 2 years in home care or related field.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer and software skills.
- A positive attitude and a customer service orientation.
- A commitment to our mission and values.
- Provide three professional references, two supervisors and one co-worker. No family or friends.
