Job Description
The Client Coordinator Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all stakeholders. This role involves administrative processing of credentialing services and ensuring accurate internal record maintenance.
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Pay: $20-$23
Hours: Part-Time 9AM-1PM Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly.
* Provide basic technical support for Aspire study tools and Navigator tools.
* Update and maintain records in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database.
* Review and process transcripts and Degree Verification Forms (DVFs).
* Conduct quality checks on various services, including:
o Name change requests
o Certification verifications
o Exam applications
o Renewal applications
o Reinstatement applications
o Score reports
* Process refund and receipt requests for approval.
* Submit IT support tickets as necessary.
* Track and process transcripts/DVFs for students not in the system upon receipt (NIS).
* Assist in documenting and maintaining departmental procedures.
* Participate in audits and updates of company forms, handbooks, and web content.
* Complete cross-training for all client management and credentialing functions as required.

Education and Experience:
* 1-2 years of customer service and administrative experience required; 5 or more years preferred.
* Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
