How you’ll contribute:
As a Client Correspondence Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting the creation and management of client and advisor correspondence for new products, enhancements, and other critical projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage the approval process, and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all communications.
This role also includes maintaining a correspondence calendar, supporting ad-hoc communications, and driving continuous process improvements. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Correspondence Analyst to join our Correspondence team.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Develop and document correspondence requirements for new products, product enhancements, and other projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Marketing, Distribution, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Installations, to ensure alignment on communication goals and messaging
- Manage the approval and sign-off process for all communications and correspondence changes, ensuring timely feedback and adherence to compliance standards
- Partner with the Project Management and Change Management teams to ensure seamless integration of correspondence changes into project timelines.
- Conduct thorough testing of statements and enhancements, ensuring quality and accuracy before implementation
- Maintain and update a comprehensive correspondence calendar to manage key communications, includin
- Quarterly statement distributions.
- Regulatory mailings and other compliance-driven correspondence.
- Ad-hoc mailings in response to client or business needs.
- Coordination of communications related to project implementations.
- Manage communications for widespread client issues that require immediate or large-scale correspondence.
- Collaborate with Call Center and other operational teams to assess the impact of communications, provide guidance, and ensure consistent client messaging.
- Maintain ongoing conversations with external vendors and internal finance partners to support budget tracking for correspondence projects.
- Contribute to the development of process improvements across the correspondence portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in all aspects of client and advisor correspondence.
- Support the team in implementing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
We’re looking for people who have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in client communications, correspondence management, or a similar role within financial services, insurance, or a related industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write and edit client-facing correspondence.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Compensation – Base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results.
