WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Client Engagement Specialist for us, you report to our office on time and ready to work. This position is a Monday - Friday, full-time position. No weekends! We are flexible on start/end times within our core hours, 8 AM - 7 PM.

You get to provide superb customer service and engagement to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Some duties as a Client Engagement Specialist include driving conversations with current clients, helping them reorder and introducing new products that may be enjoyed by their business. Proactively calling, emailing clients to ensue fast friendly service and follow-up. You may also assist onboarding new customers, building excitement about our company while helping them get in their first order. You are constantly working with our clients and you feel great satisfaction as you see how much you help them.
