Job Description
We seek a motivated and results-driven Client Engagement Specialist to join our sales team and assist in converting our leads into qualified sales calls. The ideal candidate will be skilled at engaging with potential clients who have shown interest in our services through various channels. Additionally, this role will involve outbound sales efforts to qualify leads further.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Engagement: Reach out to warm leads who are interested in our services.
2. Outbound Triage Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to warm leads in the pipeline to qualify them further and schedule sales calls with our sales team.
3. Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule sales calls with our sales team.
4. Communication: Build rapport, address inquiries, and effectively provide information about our services.
5. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly targets for scheduled sales calls and conversions.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, outbound calls, and appointments.
Qualifications
● Previous experience in sales or appointment setting preferred.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with potential clients.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
● Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with social media platforms.
● Availability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Metrics & Compensation
1. Metrics:
- Set fifteen (15) calls per week; at least sixty (60) calls per month.
- ○ Keep the no-show rate for set calls under 30%.
- ○ Attend Sales Team Daily Huddles at 9:00 AM ET (Monday - Friday).
2. Pay: Specialists are paid a flat rate for the first (60) days only.
- Flat Rate: $500 per month (first 60 days only)
- Base Rate: $1,000 per closed set appointment
- Bonus: $500 bonus for every $220,000 generated by your set appointments
3. Earning Potential: You can earn $5,000 per month if you set at least (15) calls per week (60 calls per month) with leads ready to buy.
4. Trial Period: There is a 30-day trial period before position finalization.
