You will play a crucial role in helping clients understand the benefits of our services and ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, and online inquiries.

• Provide clear and concise information about our home care programs and services.

• Guide potential clients through the enrollment process, answering questions and addressing concerns.

• Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork and documentation.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with the home care team to ensure a seamless transition for clients from inquiry to active service.

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
