Client Experience Manager - CareMedica

JOB DESCRIPTION:

CareMedica is seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as we expand our primary care and concierge medicine services! The ideal candidate is a proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. While a background in healthcare is preferred, it is not required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies, projects and tasks to promote and grow CareMedica companies’ own products and services.
• Collaborate as part of CareMedica’s Communications & Marketing Department to optimize branding, online presence, new customer acquisition and client satisfaction/retention.
• Coordinate with CareMedica’s associate entities and their team members to design and implement successful marketing campaigns, client events and new business initiatives.
• Report all projects and task statuses weekly to Executive Management. (must complete requested tasks by requested due dates unless due dates have been modified by management)
• Build and maintain rapport with patients and potential referral sources.
• Serve as a liaison for patients interested in CareMedica Elite Concierge services by engaging in phone and email communications, following-up on leads, offering private tours, and finalizing contracts.
• Represent CareMedica at community events, networking events, and health fairs.
• Assist in obtaining positive patient testimonials, success stories, and stellar ratings across all top review sites.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Marketing and/or Sales.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to coordinate and complete several tasks simultaneously.

SALARY:

• Commensurate with experience.
• Base Salary + Commision/Productivity %
