About the Job
We’re excited to have a position available for a part time sales professional! (Our current gal is going on maternity leave as excited as we are for her we know we’re gonna need some help! - not to worry you will stay on once she returns)
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for women in our community seeking care for pelvic health concerns; pregnancy, birth prep, postpartum care and beyond. Connecting with them and providing emotional support and information to help them take the next step towards our services by booking a Free Consultation.
You will be training remotely for two weeks, 20 hours per week. We are expanding our clinic so 20 hours per week will continue with 6 in clinic hours on Monday. Once clinic expansion is complete (we anticipate this being late August) this role will be required to be solely in our new and improved clinic!

So now that you know you want to join our team I can tell you what you will be doing;
- You’re the first person our clients will get to chat with! We are not a regular healthcare office, we don’t just want: date of birth, insurance and a time that works for you to come in. A key piece of our clinic is learning what’s going on with the person, how long it’s been happening, how it’s affecting their life and explaining how we can best help them!
- That being said we provide exceptional client experiences and reassure them that pelvic floor physical therapy is the right choice for them.
- We offer Free Consultations to new people because we know healthcare in general but specifically Women’s Health can be uncomfortable and education and trust is essential!
- Following up! How many times have you been to the doctor and then never heard from them again? We love to check in; after the consult, after the Initial Evaluation and sometimes just for fun.
- You’ll help with the schedule. Rescheduling existing clients, scheduling new appointments.
- We are organized so you’ll update all records in our ERM and CRM systems with complete information.
- Participate in training and coaching to grow in the personal and professionally.
Skills This Position Requires:
- Confidence! We want someone clients can connect with and trust over the phone who knows they can achieve their goals with the support of the team.
- Communication is key, ability to approach leads and clients based on their specific needs with a willingness to adjust to provide the highest level of support.
- Extreme attention to detail and being highly organized. In this role, updating all fields in our database is critical for flow and process.
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Ability to independently work and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use google drive, CRM systems, ERM systems and navigate digital software
Your Compensation
- Competitive base pay based on experience $28-32 an hour
- Bonus/Commission structure that offers earning potential past $50,000 per year
- Medical premium stipend per month
- 2-weeks paid vacation
- Weekly scheduled professional development time and access to a worldwide business group with regular sales training
