Shift:Sunday through Wednesday 6:00AM – 4:30PM

Some of your duties will include:
- Enter orders in the appropriate SOR meeting accuracy and timeliness guidelines
- Works with Warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy to expedite orders
- Escalates Customer Service Issues to Supervisor or Customer Service Specialists
- Performs order entry into the Chem-Star WMS and/or customer system(s) of record as a backup only
- Initiates and receives telephone and email communication with customers
- Escalates and communicates with internal and external customers as needed or requested
- Research escalated issues and communicates back with customer in a timely manner
- Research customer questions and inquiries and reports findings in an agreed upon, timely manner
- Trains backup [or 2-in-a-box] to perform all functions for their assigned responsibilities
- Researches discrepencies for warehouse and customer *Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:You should have the following:
- High School Diploma
- Some College Preferred
- Computer Literate
- Data Entry/Typing
- 10 Key Experience Preferred
- Necessary certifications as required: IATA, IMDG, RCRA, etc. (We will train you!)
- At least 3 years of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to remain professional and courteous in all situations
- Ability to know when to escalate problems to management that could be critical
- Clear understanding of assigned customers scope of work and work as a team
- Ability to create accurate, meaningful, and professional correspondence
- Beginning Excel
- Strong typing and keyboard accuracy
