About the Job
The Client Growth Leader is responsible for overseeing and executing strategies for large scale organizations that will support Weatherby in growing and retaining business in our large client segment.
This person will assist in creating strategies for large client account growth at both the divisional and team level in partnership with the ECS division, and then take the necessary steps to ensure Weatherby divisional teams execute and achieve expected sales results. This person must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and will require excellence in sales skills, collaboration, follow through, accountability, and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities and oversee execution that supports the overall large client strategy (centralized, decentralized, VMS and open to market)
- Create awareness of new client contracts signed and direct resources to highest opportunities
- Prepare and present educational information internally that supports the growth of our large client segment
- Partner with Weatherby teams, and cross-divisionally, to influence action needed to achieve job fulfillment
- Set and manage expectations with stakeholders. Track, measure, and hold applicable stakeholders accountable for results.
- Be able to create, analyze, and interpret findings based on different reporting platforms (ex: Tableau, Salesforce, Excel)
- Use diplomacy and negotiation skills to problem solve with multiple internal customers
- Work across multiple levels of leadership and cross-divisionally to impact and influence change
- Conduct voice of the customer sessions and focus groups with internal customers
Qualifications:
- Understanding of physician staffing sales cycle and apply industry knowledge to achieve sales targets
- Translate data into insight to diagnose opportunities
- Juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Identifies way to optimize the sales process with client growth
- Organized and detail oriented
- General knowledge of marketing concepts
- Demonstrates independence, flexibility, and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Skilled "change agent" capable of convincing skeptics through collaboration and professional diligence
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills through delivering and managing continuous improvement efforts
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Can effectively manage ambiguity
Education & Years of Experience:
- Experience in Business Development and/or Account Management and/or Sales Leadership
- Building internal business relationships to influence growth
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills:
- Leadership, Business Development or Account Management experience within a sales division
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $50,000 -- $192,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
