About the Job
- Own the end-to-end client onboarding journey, from contract signing to platform go-live; This includes overseeing implementation, data transformation, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the support team for maximized client success
- Create, maintain, and implement departmental best practices, policies, and procedures
- Prioritize and manage the implementation project pipeline and schedule to ensure on-time delivery
- Provide direct leadership and guidance to the Onboarding team, provide leadership, coaching, training, and mentoring
- Work closely with the team to obtain our client's unique business requirements and goals for implementation
- Develop and manage staffing plans, ensuring proper support and coverage for all implementation activities and organizational commitments
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Product, and Learning and Development for onboarding processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; PMP a plus
- 5+ years of project management or client onboarding experience related to SaaS implementation required
- Experience with analysis and project life cycle methodologies as well as an understanding of the implementation project life cycle is required
- The firm clients are onboarded and transition to our platform efficiently, profitably, and at high quality levels that generate high client satisfaction ratings
- Clients rave about our process and see it as setting the bar in our industry
- Clients proudly reference their experience partnering with the firm
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
