Client Overview:
Our client is a well-known, large and international fashion brand. Our client is actively seeking a Client Relations Coordinator who is passionate about fashion, customer service, and fostering strong client relationships.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
The ideal Client Relations Coordinator will have experience handling phone calls and emails, be able to display and implement product knowledge and have strong follow up skills. The Client Relations Coordinator will be assisting with online orders, following up on pending orders and maintain client confidentiality while fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities of the Client Relations Coordinator:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Schedule regular client meetings, events, and fashion showcases, accommodating client availability, including weekends when necessary
- Manage client accounts, keeping detailed records of interactions, preferences, and feedback
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop tailored promotional campaigns and strategies for individual clients
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise, providing timely resolutions and maintaining open communication channels
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and industry news to better serve our clients and anticipate their needs
Qualifications for the Client Relations Coordinator:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and after-hours to accommodate client needs
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is required
