Responsibilities:
Your mission as a Client Relations Executive I is clear: maintain and expand our market share while cultivating new sources of business to fuel our branch's success. With unwavering determination, you will collaborate with the Director of Business Development, Regional Vice President, and branch Director of Operations to craft and execute specific strategies and tactics. Your laser focus on revenue targets, patient experience, and profitability goals will ignite our path to greatness.
In your pursuit of excellence, you'll set your sights on meeting or surpassing established monthly admission targets. Your tenacity will lead you to identify and qualify key healthcare relationships within the regional territory. Skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, Community Based Residential Facilities, physicians, and other healthcare providers will find in you a dedicated ally.
As the key contact for client troubleshooting and conflict resolution, you'll be a beacon of support, ensuring that our customer relationships thrive. Building strong ties and delivering customer satisfaction will be second nature to you, as you develop and maintain accurate data on customer relationships within RSL.
With passion and ingenuity, you'll design and implement a yearly business plan for the region. This plan will not only propel us past established budgets and goals but also inspire others to join us on our journey of triumph.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience
- One year of related sales experience, preferably in a health care or medical field.
- Excellent sales, customer service and persuasive abilities; ability to build trusting relationships and gain commitment for referrals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of computer-based applications, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and territory management systems.
- Excellent time management, organizational, administrative and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently and interdependently, to interact with all levels of staff and management, set priorities, manage multiple demands effectively and use good judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse customers and staff. Must be highly articulate and capable of communicating effectively with groups and individuals verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff and management using superior interpersonal and influencing skills. Communicates with optimism about the future.
- Ability to travel, valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance coverage.
- Valid Driver’s/Chauffeurs license and auto liability insurance coverage according to organizational policy is required.
- Compliant with appropriate state certification/registration and organizational requirements as necessary.
