Summary
As the first point of contact the Client Relations Specialist is to provide phone and email support to our customers. As a result of the Client Relations Specialist’s superior emotional intelligence skills, they will be able to deescalate tense situations and build a relationship with our customers. The Client Relations specialist should be able to provide level 1 technical trouble shooting and possess project management skills.

Essential Functions

· Provide phone and email support to customers 10+ calls a day and 25+ emails
· Create Service tickets
· Manage customers service tickets to completion
· Provide customer service
· First point of customer Service contact
· Relationship development
· Soft selling
· Scheduling preventative maintenance (PM)
· Placing orders for Consumables for customers
· Deescalating tense situations
· Communicate information across departments
· Be knowledgeable about current company policies, procedures, and directives
· Continues improvement towards what the company does to support the business and success of internal and external customers
· Being proficient in ERP system NetSuite Oracle

Education and Experience Required
- Highschool diploma, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience

· Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to multitask
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct reports but assists in mentoring peers and other departments as needed.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit or stand for up to 8 hours.
