Hours and Benefits for the Client Relationship Manager, Retirement Plans:
- $94,000 to $97,000 a year based on experience level
- Additional 10% annual incentive
- Hybrid work environment
- Remote may be considered if located in Western NY
- Health, Dental and Vision (Employer contributes 80%!)
- 401(k);
- Employer contributes 2% of annual salary and an additional 8% of annual salary for a total contribution of 10% after one year of service
- Up to 15 Vacation days, 12 Holidays, 12 Sick Days and 3 Personal Days
Responsibilities for the Client Relationship Manager, Retirement Plans:
- Develop and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives, retirement plan committees, and board members
- Educate senior management about the design, implementation, and overall effectiveness of the plan in achieving organizational objectives
- Research and assess new legislation and regulations to understand their effects on clients' retirement plans
- Oversee all transition processes with clients, chosen vendors, and team members to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding for new clients
Requirements for the Client Relationship Manager, Retirement Plans:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of retirement plan advisory experience (particularly with C-Suite level) required
- New York State Life and Health license and Client 6 & 63, 65 required or obtained within six months post hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Travel as required (at least 25%)
