Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Chase Technology Consulting LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the schedules of our clients and ensuring their appointments with our team run smoothly. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments with our team members
- Manage calendars and schedules for multiple clients
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and reschedule if needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Collect and maintain client information and preferences for scheduling purposes
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Monitor and track client appointments and follow-up to ensure timely completion
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to increase efficiency and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or consulting firm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Knowledge and understanding of IT industry and services is a plus
