Client Service Administrator - Moneta

Moneta is actively hiring Client Service Administrators to support client team operations by providing overall assistance to Partners and team members on various tasks and projects. Essential Responsibilities

• Support Client Service Managers and Advisors with administrative preparation for client review meetings
• Enhance overall client experience by incorporating efficiencies in processes and workflow, monitoring for areas of improvement
• Assist in coordinating client paperwork such as new account forms, statements, signature forms, and reports
• Support daily office operations including scheduling meetings, manage mail, client file organization, and maintain supply orders
• Provide marketing and branding assistance as needed
• Coordinate client and team events

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft office products preferred
