Client Service Administrator - Emerson Group

Our Financial Services client in King of Prussia is looking for a Client Service Administrator to join their growing team. Applicants MUST have Financial Services experience. This administrator will support 5-6 advisors.

This is a Direct Hire position with excellent salary up to 75k and amazing benefits including 100% company paid health benefits for the employee, Fridays off in the summer and much more!!

The primary function of this role is to provide a high level of administrative support to a team of experienced financial advisors. This role will interface directly with the firm's client base and assist the team with completing investment transactions, submitting paperwork, scheduling meetings and assisting with client workshops.
Duties:

• Assist with investment purchases, sales and exchanges
• Assist in the production of quarterly investment reports
• Assist advisors by preparing and submitting and filing paperwork
• Schedule client meetings, as requested
• Scan and upload check deposits
• Update client information and complete assigned tasks in Redtail CRM
• Assist with back up phone coverage, as required
• Maintain compliance records
• Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for workshops
• Support client workshops and special events

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of administrative experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Background in the financial services industry required
• Experience working in a CRM software platform preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
