Client Service Associate - Gpac

Description: We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing client accounts and relationships, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Manage client communications via phone, email, and other channels, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
• Facilitate account openings and transfers by coordinating documentation accurately and efficiently
• Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
• Collaborate with our financial advisors to prepare materials for client reviews and meetings, ensuring all necessary information is readily available
• Stay updated on our firm's offerings and services to provide informed assistance to clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong commitment to professionalism and building positive client relationships
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial planning software is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
