Requirements:
- Must pass compliance protocols with including fingerprinting and background check (To be completed before employment begins).
- Exceptional computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite to include, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Responsible for completion of training Modules to include operational guidelines, client service guidelines as well as industry and regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and establish a professional working relationship to learn their specific needs and expectations
- Be the client’s trusted source for operational and administrative tasks. Assist the client in account maintenance, requests for transactions to include deposits, distributions, internal journals, transfers, etc.
- Act as the liaison between the client and the Broker Dealer’s back office departments to ensure that our clients’ needs are met.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to include positive and professional phone skills, listening, proactive client management and engagement are required.
- Responsible for resolving client problems and issues to insure client satisfaction.
- Responsible for keeping a daily task list, either physical or electronic to insure tasks are logged and followed up on until completion.
- Responsible for communicating regularly with the advisor(s) in the office to keep them informed of any client needs that the advisor
- must perform, any issues, complaints or client requests that specifically involves the advisor(s).
- Inform the advisor(s) of any office supply needs and will order supplies as necessary at the expense of the office.
- Must maintain client confidentiality in all aspects of doing business.
- Responsible for maintaining and consistently reviewing industry and regulatory compliance rules to insure office adherence to these guidelines.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 Per Year
