Client Service Associate - RIA Recruiting

Salary and Benefits

• Salary for this position will be based on experience, with a range of $50,000 – $60,000
• 401(k) with 3.5% match (after 90 days)

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the Director of First Impressions with clients who call and come into the office
• Sitting in client meetings and taking notes, tracking follow-up tasks
• Provide direct support to clients of multiple advisors in the firm
• Respond to client service requests primarily using Schwab
• Maintain updated information in our CRM – Redtail
• Complete and track account paperwork and transfers
• Scheduling client review meetings and assisting with meeting prep
• Assist with the new client onboarding process

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Must work well in a team environment
• Must have a “client service +” attitude
• Ability to work autonomously after our training period
• Ability to manage your time efficiently
• 2 years of professional office experience

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments.
