Client Service Representative - HourlyWork

We are looking for an individual that would assist in Client Service Representative tasks for a local Marketing Promotional and Printing company. We are a fast-paced, busy and profitable business providing embroidery & screen printing, signage, mailing, printing, graphic design and print marketing solutions. If you are an outgoing professional who is comfortable with using a Microsoft Office, Adobe products and enjoys working with people, then this is the right job for you. 

Responsibilities: 

• Respond to client inquiries (new project requests, project status, design updates, etc.)
• Project quotes
• Project coordination and updates
• Other administrative tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate on the phone and in writing 
• Adobe Suite knowledge is desirable
• Prior experience in the printing or mailing industry is a plus but not required
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer facing environment
